Returns & Exchanges – Shipped Items

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

Refunds – Shipped Items

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product).
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process after receipt of the returned item.

Refunds – Masterclasses and Memberships

The Educated Natural®, LLC offers a 3 day satisfaction guarantee on courses, masterclasses, and memberships. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within the first 3 days, you may request a refund of the purchase price, less any external transaction fees, subject to the strict conditions outlined below.

1. Strict 3-Day Deadline

To be eligible for a refund, you must formally submit your request within exactly 3 days of your original purchase date and time. This deadline is firm. If you do not plan to begin the program immediately, please ensure this is the right investment for you before purchasing. Exceptions will not be made for delayed starts or lack of participation.

Additionally, this guarantee only applies if you have consumed less than 20% of the program material. Our platform tracks user progress; if our analytics show that you have viewed, accessed, or downloaded more than 20% of the course modules, lessons, or digital assets, you forfeit your eligibility for a refund, regardless of when the request is submitted.

2. Mandatory Evaluation Call

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must initiate the request within the 3-day window (and prior to hitting the 20% consumption threshold) and schedule a mandatory follow-up consultation.

  • Format: This conversation will take place via a recorded video call. Meeting details will be provided once your appointment is scheduled.
  • Purpose: The call will be used to review your program progress, evaluate how much of the content you completed, and gather your direct feedback on how the material can be improved.

3. Company Discretion

The completion of the mandatory feedback call does not automatically guarantee a return of funds. Following the conclusion of the video call, all refunds are granted or denied at the sole discretion of The Educated Natural®, LLC.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final-sale items.
  • Digital downloads or patterns (if applicable).
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
